Your Role
You will work directly with the Executive Board.
This is not a coordination role. You will be embedded in the decision-making layer of a company that is scaling from a German market leader to a European one. You will know everything that matters, before most people know it matters. You will make things happen that wouldn´t happen without you.

Run the operating rhythm of the Board. You don't just manage schedules — You will bring structure, judgement and momentum to the topics that shape the company.
Be the trusted interface to the outside world. Investors, partners, property owners, key clients. You become the person they know, trust, and hear back from quickly. You manage relationships with the same care the Board would — because you represent them.
Think ahead. You spot the bottleneck before it forms. You prepare the briefing before it's asked for. You flag the conflict in the calendar three weeks out. You work half a step ahead of everyone else in the room, and you make it look effortless.
Drive strategic projects. You don't just support decisions — you contribute to them. You take on cross-functional projects, coordinate between teams, and bring things to a close. You are comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
