Your role
As Head of Real Estate Expansion (m/f/d), you are responsible for the further growth of our property portfolio regarding rental of boarding houses. You will develop new locations and convince partners of our business model. You will be instrumental in building up the entire department and have plenty of freedom in the implementation of structures. Would you like to dive headfirst into Homaris?
Your profile
- You have completed a degree specialising in real estate or an equivalent apprenticeship
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in property development, especially in the field of commercial or asset management
- You have already independently conducted negotiations for large and complex commercial units and are familiar with the legal parameters
- You already have market and industry knowledge in the accommodation sector, especially with Boarding Houses
- You work proactively, take the initiative, are pragmatic and results-orientated
- You have a knack for bringing promising negotiations to a successful conclusion and are willing to travel at short notice
- You speak fluent German and are also business fluent in English
